8.15.09 Making a concerted effort to record all those precious moments that I will forget as my alzheimers sets in...

The other night, Allie came up to bed in the middle of the night. Mom was in Vegas, so I caved in and scooped her up into bed...sure wished you cuddled! About 10 minutes after you got in, you yelled out "You know what is good w/ blue berries? Chocolate" and went right back to sleep!

We had our first baby sitter experience yesterday--Chloe from across the street came over. All the way home from Nana's, Allie kept asking if she could have a friend over. Mom kept saying no...As soon as Allie walked in and saw Chloe, she said ya, I get to have a friend over. Never occured to her that she was her babysitter!

Bubby, you continue to be an amazing little boy in every way. Your hair is still straight white! Your tempermant is amazing...Still not walking yet, coming up on 14 months. Really close though, and you can crawl very fast. Never seen a kid that loved to climb stairs as much as you do. 13 times the other night! I love getting alone time w/ you...you are so much fun to play with.

Your Nama Cheri gave you a stuffed bear head for Christmas last year and we finally put it up above your closet. You kept eying it for the first couple of weeks and I finally lifted you up to see/kiss him and you laughed...we now do it a couple of times a day and we call him "Beary". Every time we say his name, you smile and look up there.
